The Warwick Fire Fighters Soccer Club (WFFSC) invites you to join our Columbus Day Tournament in Warwick, RI to be held Oct 10 and 11 at Winslow Park for U10/U12 and Bend Street fields for U14.
Team Format & Fees:
U‐10 Divisions 7v7 $500 / (4) Guaranteed games (2 games per day)
U‐12 Divisions 9v9 $600 / (4) Guaranteed games (2 Sat, 1 Sun) + Playoff Game
U‐14 Divisions 11v11 $650 / (4) Guaranteed games (2 Sat, 1 Sun) + Playoff Game

U10) Three divisions of 5 teams each. One division will be Girls with target of mid-to-upper level competition. Two Boys divisions of 5-teams each with one targeted to upper level competition and other targeted towards lower-level competition. Total of 15 U9/U10 teams. Each team plays all other teams in division with two games Saturday and two on Sunday. All participants receive a medal.
U12/U14) Four divisions of four teams each. One girls division with target of mid-to-upper level competition. Three boys divisions that will be Gold, Silver, and Bronze each with a different anticipated level of competition. Each team plays each other team with 2 games Saturday and one game Sunday morning. Standings/Scores are kept and after the 3 games the teams that finished #3/#4 play each other in the Consolation game and teams that finished #1/#2 will play for the Championship. So all teams play 4 games. The Champions and runner-up will receive medals.
Points in U12/U14: 3 for a win, 1 for a tie, 0 for a loss. Maximum goal differential in score is 4 goals so scores should not be run up.
Tiebreakers:
If two teams are tied at the end of the three games, the following will be the order of breaking the ties……
1. Head-to-Head Competition
2. Goal Differential (maximum 4 goals, minimum 4 goals)
3. Fewest Goals Allowed
4. Most Goals Scored
5. Coin Flip
Cancellation Policy) If one day is totally cancelled a 40% refund will be given. If both days cancelled then 80% refund will be given.
